Rune Conversion/Enchantment:

The Shift (All)
Convert all runestones of the opposing attribute to runestones of the same attribute

The Frozen Heart
Until the skill is reactivated or Game Over, 250% team recovery is converted to team attack and self-attack but recovery is 0

Soaring Anger
Until the skill is reactivated or Game Over, you can only attack and recover if you have 4 combos or more and no damage reduction

Cursed Soulstone (All)
Dissolving any runes other than runes if the same attribute as the user and heart runes will also have 50% attack of the attribute of the user

Wild Warrior
When at least 5 monsters CD is 0, reset their CD and boost attack by 200% for 8 turns

Switching Strike
Reduce the player's health by 50% for 12500% self-attack on all enemies
Lv 15, CD 10

Power Boost
For 3 turns, attack on single enemy is changed to attack on all enemies
Lv 12, CD 6

The Water Charge
The Fire Charge
For 2 turns, change the enemies' attribute to the opposing attribute and increase attack against the opposing attribute.

Attack Switch (L+D)
Convert all heart runes to light runes and all dark runes to heart runes
Lv 12, CD 8

The Dual Collapse
Reduce the player's current health by 50% to reduce the enemy's current health by 30%
Lv 15, CD 15

The Dulcet Carol
The Last Nocturne
For 3 turns, all heart runes that are meant to drop is converted to runes of the respective attribute

Pervasion did not state that it is regardless of defense and attribute but it is so I stated that in its description.

When 3.1 is out, I'll add the new skills and also the combined ones
